Zerbanoo has dedicated her life to champion causes for social justice worldwide. Her public life started in 1982 with her historical election in Harrow, London, where she achieved a 27% swing to become the first BAME councillor. She went on to stand for parliament and has chaired commissions, advised political leaders and worked with foreign dignitaries.
